When you request a free robot, we collect your name, email and contact number to generate your licence and email setup instructions. When you submit an installation request, we collect your name, cellphone number, email, location, appointment preferences and notes to arrange your requested service. Requests are stored privately and accessible to authorised staff.

Package enquiries and installation messages use WhatsApp, and social/community links open external services whose privacy policies apply. Your message is shared with WhatsApp when you choose to open it.

Legacy payments are handled by PayPal; we do not store card details. Contact our team on WhatsApp to ask about access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information. We do not sell your contact information.
